João Paulo Muntada Cavinatto

João Paulo is a partner in Tax at Lefosse.

Focusing on indirect taxes and customs law, he specializes in international business and foreign trade and has experience in complex mergers and acquisitions. He also has a thorough knowledge of business and supply chain structuring and remodeling projects, with negotiations for tax incentives and special regimes at the federal, state and municipal levels. João Paulo has participated in projects for obtaining and reviewing various customs regimes and legislative reviews.

João Paulo holds a degree in Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) and a post-graduate degree in Tax Law from the same institution.
