We are genuinely committed to ensuring an equitable and respectful environment. We value each individual and work continually to create an inclusive culture which provides opportunities for everyone to reach their full potential.

This is why VOZES (Voices) – our Diversity, Equity and Belonging Program – was created.

VOZES was designed to reflect our culture, values and purpose, valuing each person and their individuality.

With this approach, we hope to have a positive impact not only on our professionals, but also the whole society.

    Our aim is to increase the representation of black professionals and promote racial equity in all managerial levels of the firm. We believe that awareness and education are the main tools to create a diverse and welcoming environment that encourages the development of all our professionals. We regularly promote debates and events on racial issues, seeking to disseminate and discuss best practices for the effective inclusion and career progression of black and mixed-race professionals in our firm.

    Aimed at encouraging female leadership, we implemented a program dedicated to training our female leaders. We also promote internal actions to raise awareness to gender equality, and create and foster an inclusive environment in order to boost our women’s careers. We offer extended maternity and paternity leaves in compliance with the “Empresa Cidadã”, a federal government program.

    Our mission is to promote opportunities for the LGBTQIA+ population. We are focused on combating any form of prejudice or discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. We encourage awareness amongst our professionals in order to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for any individual.
