Our work is grounded in solid legal expertise, with a particular focus on the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of agreements across all stages of a project?s lifecycle ? from its conception, construction, and commissioning to operation.

During the construction phase, we advise clients on the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of a broad range of agreements related to project development and execution, including engineering services agreements, prototype development agreements, equipment and supply agreements, construction management agreements, service agreements, construction and turnkey contracts, equipment lease agreements, EPC and EPCM contracts, TSAs, and BOTs, among others. During the operational phase, we assist clients in the drafting and negotiation of agreements related to the management, operation, and commercialization of project assets, including infrastructure sharing agreements, O&Ms, JOAs, PPAs, take-or-pay and offtake agreements, and other instruments aligned with industry best practices and international market standards.

We advise on the structuring of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects, conducting private selection processes (Requests for Proposal) for supplier contracting, monitoring contractual execution, and handling claims.

We also provide ongoing contract management support to shareholders, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on risk management, claims analysis and management, contract amendments, and dispute avoidance strategies.
