• Financing Structuring

  We advise sponsors, investment funds, financial institutions, export credit agencies, and multilateral banks throughout all stages of the financing process for infrastructure projects, from identifying funding sources and developing financing strategies to the implementation of the financing structure. Our services include the preparation of bankability reports, risk allocation matrices, and other analyses required to support the successful financing of infrastructure projects.

• Financing Documents

  We draft and negotiate all documentation required to implement domestic and cross-border financing structures, including credit agreements, debenture issuances, common terms agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, and other instruments related to the financing of project CAPEX and ongoing funding requirements.

• Restructuring and Refinancing

  We advise clients on the renegotiation of existing financing arrangements, refinancing transactions, financial restructurings, and the procurement of required lender consents and approvals. Our experience includes the negotiation of waivers, amendments to financial covenants, and other adjustments necessary to align a project’s financing structure with its operational and strategic objectives.
