About
Rafael Martins has been practicing law for over 15 years in major law firms and companies within regulated sectors of the economy, such as natural gas, infrastructure, and energy. He held the position of head of legal at Edge, a natural gas trading company within the Cosan group, and at TRSP, operator of the LNG regasification terminal in São Paulo, and was one of the leaders of the legal department at Yara, a Norwegian multinational chemical company and one of the largest industrial consumers of gas in Brazil. He has extensive experience in contract negotiation, project structuring and development, legal and regulatory analysis, and M&A and debt operations. He is the author of articles on topics related to Regulatory Law.
