About
partner of the Oil and Gas practice, has more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer in leading law firms and companies operating in regulated sectors of the economy – including natural gas, infrastructure, and energy – he has held key positions such as Head of Legal at Edge, the natural gas trading company of the Cosan Group, and TRSP, the operator of São Paulo’s LNG regasification terminal. Additionally, he was one of the legal department leaders at Yara, the Norwegian multinational chemical company, which ranks among Brazil’s largest industrial consumers of gas. His expertise spans contract negotiation, project structuring and development, regulatory and legal analysis, as well as M&A and debt transactions. He is also the author of articles on Regulatory Law topics.
