Paulo Peressin

Paulo is a counsel in Labor at Lefosse.

He has extensive experience in judicial and administrative labor litigation especially in complex and strategic claims. Paulo is a skilled negotiator and experienced in alternative methods of conflict resolution. He is fully focused on his client’s business needs and takes great care their goals are achieved.  Paulo also provides consultancy in labor routines, in addition to coordinating audits in corporate restructuring projects and capital markets operations with a focus on labor issues.

Paulo is an effective member of the Special Committee on Relationship with the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), subsection of São Paulo. Paulo is also a columnist at specialist portals and a speaker on labor matters.

Paulo holds a degree in Law from PUC-Campinas (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas) and a master’s in labor law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo).
