Gustavo Paes

Gustavo is a partner in Tax at Lefosse.

His main areas of practice include consulting on tax aspects of capital markets, private equity and venture capital operations, as well as corporate restructuring and combinations (mergers, spin-offs and incorporations). Gustavo’s work also includes the taxation of financial market operations and foreign investments in Brazil.

Gustavo graduated in Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo).
