Felipe Tavares Boechem
Felipe is a partner in the oil and gas area at Lefosse.
He has extensive experience in all segments of the oil and gas industry (AMI, JBA, JOA, FOA, GSA, etc.) and gas transportation and monetization projects. Felipe was a consultant for the Ministry of Mineral Resources of Mozambique and led Shell Brazil’s legal team in the areas of business and exploration. Felipe is a member of the AIPN, vice president of the O&G committee at the OAB Rio de Janeiro and has published a book and articles on the O&G area.
Felipe holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from UERJ (Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro), a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from FGV-RJ (Fundação Getúlio Vargas), an LL.M. in Corporate Governance at Stanford Law School and is currently studying for a doctorate at UERJ.
