Felipe Tavares Boechem
Felipe is a partner in Oil and Gas at Lefosse.
Felipe is the leading partner of the Oil and Gas practice at Lefosse. He has extensive experience in all segments of the oil and gas industry (upstream, midstream and downstream), project structuring and development, and M&A. Felipe was a consultant for the Ministry of Mineral Resources of Mozambique, legal manager of Shell Brazil’s in the areas of new business development and exploration. He also worked as international associate at the Barcelona office of Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira. Felipe is a member of the AIEN,, member of the O&G committee at the OAB Rio de Janeiro, coordinator of the O&G Commission of Brazilian Institute of Energy Law (Instituto Brasileiro de Direito da Energia – IBDE). He has published a book and articles on O&G regulation, corporate law and contracts.
Felipe is a professor of O&G Law in post-graduation programmes at UERJ and coordinates the O&G course of IBDE.
