Lefosse announces the arrival of a new partner in the Infrastructure practice
With more than twenty years of experience, Miriam Signor has joined the firm, meeting growing demand from project financing.
Miriam Signor is Lefosse’s newest partner. With more than twenty years of experience in all stages of implementing large projects in the various regulated sectors, the lawyer joins the firm as head of Project Finance and Project Development to meet the growing demand for transactions for developing and financing projects, in line with the firm’s full-service operation, with emphasis on advice on complex negotiations.
“Miriam is recognized in the market for her multidisciplinary approach, with expertise in structuring, development, financing and monitoring of infrastructure and industrial projects and outstanding performance in the areas of Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions. The new partner has a degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a postgraduate degree in Capital Markets and Securities from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. She is recognized by prominent international directories such as Chambers, International Financial Law Review (IFLR 1000) and The Legal 500.
