On this Monday (8th), Lefosse announces its new head partner of the Compliance, Investigations and White-Collar law practice, Adriana Dantas. She joins the office with three other professionals, all of them with expertise in Compliance, Investigations, Government Enforcement, and International Trade Matters.

She is the first woman to hold such an office.

“The operations carried out by publicly traded companies increasingly require compliance with legal regulations and integrity-related requirements. With her international expertise, Adriana shall hold a strategic position in our firm to offer tailored services to our clients, considering the business environment is undergoing deep and positive cultural transformations around the world,” said Rodrigo Junqueira, Lefosse’s managing partner.

Adriana, who recently left the Integrity Committee of Petrobras’ Board of Directors, says: “My objective is to support the growth of the firm’s work in multi-jurisdictional transactions and processes, as well as to advise clients in administrative accountability cases. I believe Lefosse is a growing player formed by people and professionals that I admire and with whom I relate. Here I may build lasting relationships, reaching this new stage of my career with a synergy of goals and values, after completing my work in the federal public administration.”

Our new partner holds a Ph.D. in International Economic Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) Law School, a Master’s degree from the University of London, King’s College and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universidade de Brasília (UnB).
