Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards: Latin America 2020
Lefosse Advogados is recognized at the Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards: Latin America 2020 awards for the second year.
Aloizio Lima, partner in the Labor practice area, won the prize in the Outstanding Contribution to Diversity & Inclusion category in Brazil.
Lima contributes and participates in the decisions of the Human Resources and D&I committees’, in addition to being a remarkable disseminator of the racial issues inside the firm, he is recognized as a reference among several racial groups in which Lefosse participates externally. Aloizio encourages and collaborates to increase the representation of black members, with great concern in all stages of the inclusion process.
