Objective: receive contributions on the technical and legal documents relating to the bidding procedure for the concession of the Southern Integrated Waterway System and Lagoa Mirim (SAIP Sul-Mirim), covering the waterway access infrastructure to the ports of Rio Grande, Pelotas and Porto Alegre, as well as waterway sections of Lagoa dos Patos, Lago Guaíba and the Jacuí, Caí, dos Sinos and Gravataí rivers.

Public Consultation and Hearing No. 01/2026 – PAR05
Objective: receive contributions, input and suggestions to improve the legal and technical drafts required for the bidding procedure concerning the port lease of the PAR05 area, intended for the handling and storage of solid vegetable bulk cargo at the Organized Port of Paranaguá/PR, including the bidding notice, lease agreement, technical documents and their respective annexes.
Deadline: from 07/06/2026 to 08/21/2026, with contributions accepted until 11:59 p.m. on 08/21/2026, exclusively through the electronic form made available by APPA.

Objective: receive contributions on the draft revision of ANP Resolution No. 903/2022, which establishes the specifications for marine fuels and regulates the rules applicable to their commercialization in Brazil.
