Raphael Nehin Corrêa
Raphael is a partner in the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency areas at Lefosse.
He specializes in litigation and arbitration with an emphasis on matters of commercial and corporate civil law including banking/finance, and infrastructure. Raphael focuses on restructuring, insolvency and judicial recoveries. He also advises banks and funds in granting post-bankruptcy loans (debtor-in-possession and exit financing) and in providing funding for the acquisition of assets in debt restructurings (acquisition financing). Pedro represents clients in administrative proceedings before the CVM (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários).
Pedro graduated in Law from USP (Universidade de São Paulo) and obtained his LL.M. at Columbia University. He has experience as an international associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York.
