Miriam Signor is a partner in Project Development and Finance at Lefosse.

With more than twenty years of experience in all stages of implementing large projects in the various regulated sectors, the lawyer is head of Project Finance and Project Development. Miriam has expertise in structuring, development, financing and monitoring of infrastructure and industrial projects and outstanding performance in Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions.

The partner has a degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a postgraduate degree in Capital Markets and Securities from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. She is recognized by prominent international directories such as Chambers, International Financial Law Review (IFLR 1000) and The Legal 500.
