Luciana Moutinho

Luciana is a counsel in Capital Markets and Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.

She has extensive transactional experience having acted as leading counsel in several of the most important transactions in the Brazilian and international markets in recent years and has developed relationships with issuers, coordinators and regulatory authorities.

Luciana holds a law degree from FAAP (Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado), a postgraduate degree in Economics from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University. She has experience as a foreign associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.

In 2023, Luciana ranked number two of dealmakers with the highest volume of Equity Capital Markets transactions in Brazil (TTR Data).
