Carla Gorescu

Carla is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.

She is a specialist in merger and acquisitions, private equity transactions, structuring of joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, with broad experience in different sectors and, specially, energy sector, having participated of several self-production by equivalence projects (projetos de autoprodução por equiparação). Carla has advised Brazilian companies and funds doing business in Brazil and abroad and multinational companies and foreign private equity sponsors in cross border transactions.

Carla is the author of the book Delimitação da Indenização em Operações de Fusões e Aquisições no Brasil (Designing the Indemnification in M&A Transactions in Brazil), published by Almedina in 2020.
