Bruno Crispim

Bruno is actively involved in regulatory matters related to the sale of electricity in the Free and Regulated Contracting Environments, Energy Purchase and Sale Agreements and Structured Energy Trading Operations. Bruno has extensive expertise in advising on transactions involving renewable energy, including wind, solar, hydroelectric, biomass and in the Transmission sector.

His practice extends to administrative, judicial and arbitration litigation and covers a wide range of regulatory issues in the energy industry. Specialized in Electricity Regulatory Law, having worked as in-house counsel at the Electric Energy Trading Chamber  – CCEE in the corporate and regulatory areas for 6 years and for more than 7 years leading the energy area of large law firms.

Graduated in Law from the Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo, he holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), with extensions in Electric Power Sector Regulation from the Brazilian Association of Electric Power Companies (ABCE) and in Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
