Objective: to receive contributions on the technical and legal documents relating to the bidding process for the concession of the Southern Integrated Waterway System and Lagoa Mirim (SAIP Sul-Mirim), covering waterway access to the ports of Rio Grande, Pelotas and Porto Alegre and sections of the Rio Grande do Sul waterway system.

SRG Call for Contributions No. 01/2026 – Regulatory Agenda and ARR Agenda
Objective: to receive contributions, input and suggestions on the revised draft of the 2025-2028 Regulatory Agenda and the draft 2026-2027 Regulatory Outcome Assessment (ARR) Agenda.
Deadline: from August 24, 2026 to September 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., exclusively through the electronic form made available by ANTAQ.
Public Consultation and Hearing – Lease of the SUA08 Area at the Port of Suape
Objective: to receive contributions, input and suggestions on the bidding procedure documents for the lease of the SUA08 area at the Port of Suape, State of Pernambuco, intended for the handling and storage of general cargo and containerized cargo.
Deadline: on August 19, 2026, ANTAQ approved the opening of the Public Consultation and Hearing.
The dates and participation channels must follow the specific notice for the procedure published by the Agency.

Public Consultation and Hearing No. 15/2026 – Marine Fuels
Objective: to receive contributions on the draft revision of ANP Resolution No. 903/2022, which provides for marine fuel specifications and the rules applicable to their sale in Brazil.
Deadline: from July 28, 2026 to September 10, 2026, through the official channel indicated by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP).
Public Hearing: September 23, 2026.
