Carla is a partner in Project Development and Finance.

Has experience in both local and cross-border financial transactions, as well as in the development and implementation of projects. Her portfolio includes several of the most notable structured debt and project finance transactions of the past decade. She has worked on various deals involving debt restructuring, trade finance, acquisition finance, derivatives, public-private partnerships, and issuances in both the local and international markets, as well as the negotiation of operational and project contracts.

Carla has extensive expertise in regulation applicable to the financial market and regulated sectors.

She has a law degree from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo), a postgraduate degree from FGV-SP (Fundação Getulio Vargas) with an emphasis on Infrastructure Projects and an LL.M. from King’s College London, specializing in International Financial Law.
