Henrique is a counsel in Real Estate practice at Lefosse.
Henrique is a counsel with solid experience in Real Estate and Registry Law, having worked in prominent Brazilian firms. He engages in the most diverse real estate transactions, both involving acquisitions and direct or indirect transfers of rural and urban real estate, providing support in the negotiation, review and drafting of many types of agreements. For example, built-to-suit and sale leaseback, assignment, transfer, and acquisition, real estate guarantees, rural leasing, rural partnership, purchase and sale, as well as supply of forestry assets. He also audits real estate aspects in mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions and has extensive experience in advising cases of forestry investments, regularization of rural property, agribusiness. Henrique actively engages in the direct or indirect acquisition of rural properties by foreign and similar entities.
He is a member of the Committee on Rural Property and Agrarian Contracts of Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Imobiliário (IBRADIM).
