She has extensive transactional experience having acted as leading counsel in several of the most important transactions in the Brazilian and international markets in recent years and has developed relationships with issuers, coordinators and regulatory authorities.
She has experience as a foreign associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. In 2023, Luciana ranked number two of dealmakers with the highest volume of Equity Capital Markets transactions in Brazil (TTR Data).
