Lefosse, one of Brazil’s leading full-service law firms, has just announced the expansion of its Corporate and M&A practice with the arrival of Fernando Carvalho as new partner, along with three other lawyers.
Hiring Fernando expands Lefosse’s transactional team, which is already one of the largest in the country: it has 18 partners, three counsels and more than 90 lawyers. In the last three years, the firm has worked on transactions with an impact on the national and international markets of more than R$400 billion.

Fernando specializes in M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital operations, having led projects in various sectors of the economy, such as banking, technology, fintechs, retail, logistics, agribusiness, automotive and food. He also has extensive experience in highly complex corporate matters, especially in pre-litigation and litigation contexts.
