Jorge Kou

Jorge is a counsel in Investment Funds practice at Lefosse.

Jorge has experience in structuring investment funds, including the formation and governance of investment funds and asset management firms. His practice involves representing clients in private equity and venture capital investments and divestments, the purchase and sale of investment fund shares, the acquisition and disposal of distressed assets and special situations.

He has a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago.
