This is how VOZES, (“Voices”), our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program, was created. A project designed to reflect our culture, values, and purpose, with a focus on each person’s individuality.
Through this initiative, we aim to positively impact not only our professionals but society as a whole.
Our Initiatives
Diversity Week
Annual event with activities to promote diversity among our professionals.
Affinity Groups
Regular meetings for support, experience sharing, and discussion of relevant topics. Includes working groups to implement actions proposed by members.
Gender Meetup
Networking and experience-sharing space for women focused on career development.
Our program represents our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Led by our general sponsor partner Aloizio Lima, we develop initiatives structured around four pillars: race, gender, LGBTQIA+ and people with disabilities.

Our focus is to increase the representation of Black professionals and promote racial equity at all hierarchical levels of the firm.
We believe awareness and education are key tools to create a diverse and welcoming environment that fosters development for all. We promote debates and events on racial issues through our Racial Affinity Group and in partnership with the Legal Alliance for Racial Equity.
