This is how VOZES, (“Voices”), our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program, was created. A project designed to reflect our culture, values, and purpose, with a focus on each person’s individuality.

Through this initiative, we aim to positively impact not only our professionals but society as a whole.

Affinity Groups - meetings of the VOICES Program

Affinity Groups

Regular meetings for support, experience sharing, and discussion of relevant topics. Includes working groups to implement actions proposed by members.

Gender Meetup - networking space for women

Gender Meetup

Networking and experience-sharing space for women focused on career development.

Our program represents our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Led by our general sponsor partner Aloizio Lima, we develop initiatives structured around four pillars: race, gender, LGBTQIA+ and people with disabilities.

Racial-Voices

Our focus is to increase the representation of Black professionals and promote racial equity at all hierarchical levels of the firm.

We believe awareness and education are key tools to create a diverse and welcoming environment that fosters development for all. We promote debates and events on racial issues through our Racial Affinity Group and in partnership with the Legal Alliance for Racial Equity.

Gender-Voices

We promote internal actions to raise awareness and discuss ways to create and foster an inclusive environment, boosting women’s careers through the Gender Meetup.

We also extend maternity and paternity leave periods under the federal government’s “Empresa Cidadã” program.

LGBTQIA+ population

Our mission is to promote more opportunities for the LGBTQIA+ community. We focus on combating any form of prejudice or discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

We encourage awareness among our professionals to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for individual differences and promote spaces for debate through the LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group.
