Marina Nicolosi

Marina has wide experience of the business dynamics and remarkable skills relating with several structures and internal bodies of the corporate structure. She currently assists national and foreign clients at Lefosse, offering practical and effective solutions to companies and their administrators, including assisting in developing and implementing compliance programs, solving crises, defining internal investigation strategies, negotiating leniencies and representing companies in administrative defenses.

With wide experience in the area, Marina has structured the compliance area of a large Brazilian multinational company and has guaranteed its awarding of the Ethical Company certification by the Officer of the Federal Controller General – CGU during the entire period she has acted as Compliance Officer. Marina speaks Portuguese (native language), English and Spanish.
