Luciana Dias Prado

Luciana Dias Prado is a partner in Lefosse’s Insurance, Reinsurance and Private Pensions practice.

With over 20 years of experience in regulatory consulting, corporate, and distribution operations, and strategic litigation, she has extensive experience working in cases related to open and closed supplementary pension plans. She also works in insurtechs investment structuring and debt issuance operations for the regulated sector.

She is a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), specializing in Civil Procedure and Agreements also from PUC-SP and in Corporate Law and Governance from the London School of Economics, England.
