Karen Coutinho

Karen is a counsel in Public Law and Regulation practice at Lefosse.

Karen provides assistance to clients in regulatory markets and analyzing and preparing due diligence documents for companies belonging to such sectors. She assists clients in their interactions with Brazilian governmental authorities, licensing, public tenders, and is actively involved in proceedings before courts, regulatory agencies, budget oversight boards and organizations from the third sector. Among her clients are large national and international companies that operate in several sectors, such as aviation, mining, telecommunications, oil & gas, ports and health.

CP³P Certification – Preparation Level Certified Public-Private Partnership Professional, APMG Public-Private Partnerships Certification Program. Air Agreements Law from the International Air Transport Association – IATA. Expertise in Public Policies and Advocacy (FGV/SP) and in Business Law with emphasis on Public Tenders and Contracts (FGV/RJ). Bachelor’s degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
