Carla Rossi

Carla is a partner in Banking and Finance.

She has experience in local and cross-border financial transactions and banking law. Her portfolio includes several of the most notable corporate and project finance transactions of the last decade. She has acted in several transactions involving debt restructuring, public-private partnerships and financial transactions. Carla has great expertise in the regulation of the financial and banking markets.

She has a law degree from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo), a postgraduate degree from FGV-SP (Fundação Getulio Vargas) with an emphasis on Infrastructure Projects and an LL.M. from King’s College London, specializing in International Financial Law.
