Rodrigo Junqueira re-elected as managing partner of Lefosse
After three years as Lefosse’s managing partner, the lawyer and administrator Rodrigo Junqueira was re-elected and and begins his second term, now in effect until June 30, 2028. This is a time of accelerated growth for the firm, which has seen a 50% increase in its total number of professionals over the last three years, totaling more than 600 people, and is projecting double-digit growth in revenue compared to last year. It also won over 2,000 new clients and expanded its operations by investing in the expansion of its headquarters in São Paulo, as well as opening new offices in Brasília and Rio de Janeiro.
In recent years, Lefosse has climbed the rankings and won more than 550 recognitions for its professionals and the performance of its 23 practices, as a result of its full-service strategy. Today, in addition to being a reference as a transactional powerhouse, having advised on more than BRL 400 billion in transactions with an impact on the national and international markets, Lefosse has strengthened its legal teams to offer clients a complete platform with expertise in the most diverse market sectors.

Lefosse has recently invested in a culture program that reflects the evolution and growth of the firm and lays the foundations for its objectives in the coming years. “This strategy guides our actions and boosts our presence in an environment of innovation and transformation,” explains Junqueira.
In order to better address the current demand and especially that of future generations in the job market, Lefosse has hired a data engineering team that works on measuring and monitoring the satisfaction indicators of the professionals in our office. The aim is to personalize the journey for each professional, taking into account their different profiles and career expectations.

About Rodrigo Junqueira
Rodrigo is the managing partner and partner in Corporate and M&A, Capital Markets and Private Equity at Lefosse.
He has extensive experience in capital markets operations including equity and debt, advising both issuers and coordinators. Rodrigo has used his knowledge of listed companies and regulations to develop a broad and successful practice covering M&A and private equity.
Rodrigo graduated in Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) and in Administration from FGV-SP (Fundação Getulio Vargas). He has international experience as an associate at Davis, Polk & Wardwell in New York.
