Bruno has more than twenty years of experience providing consulting in Corporate Law to Brazilian and foreign clients and structuring and coordinating complex national and cross-border M&A operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and LL.M. from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Enrolled with the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP) and with the New York State Bar Association.
