Alexandre Barbosa

Alexandre is a counsel in Tax practice at Lefosse.

Alexandre works in the Tax Consulting area, with focus on direct taxes. He has relevant experience providing counseling to Brazilian and foreign clients from several segments of the Economy concerning tax issues involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and international operations. He previously worked as in-house tax lawyer in renowned multinationals from the oil & natural gas sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Law from FGV Direito São Paulo, expertise in Corporate Structures and Operations from Fundação Getulio Vargas and LL.M. in International Tax Law from Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien).
