Bernardo Pires

Bernardo Pires is a partner in Dispute Resolution at Lefosse.

He represents Brazilian and foreign clients in complex arbitrations and lawsuits. He specializes in corporate and contractual disputes, with a special focus on M&A disputes. His clients come from various sectors: insurance, finance, energy, pharmaceutical, technology, infrastructure, among others.

Bernardo holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from The George Washington University Law School.
