Lefosse reinforces its Insurance, Reinsurance and Private Pensions practice with the arrival of a new partner
With the entry of Luciana, Lefosse now has 57 partners, a 30% expansion of the shareholding structure in just one semester
Lefosse announces this Tuesday (12) the entrance of a new partner: Luciana Dias Prado comes to reinforce the firm’s Insurance, Reinsurance and Private Pensions practice. She has over 20 years of experience in regulatory consulting, corporate and distribution operations, strategic litigation, and deep knowledge in cases related to open and closed supplementary pension plans. She also works in insurtechs investment structuring and debt issuance operations for the regulated sector.
The arrival of this professional aims at expanding Lefosse’s coverage of the insurance, reinsurance and private pensions sector, in synergy with other practices of the firm, encompassing not only the traditional market of insurers, reinsurers, and brokers, but also focusing on new players in the sector, such as insurtechs, healthtechs, and MGAs, on the new transactions that will be born together open insurance, and on issues such as compliance and data protection in this area, as well as M&A, IPO, and capital market transactions connected to the insurance and reinsurance sector.
Lefosse now has 57 partners – 14 of them arrived or were promoted this year, which represents an increase in the shareholding structure of about 30% in just one semester.

Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC-SP), Luciana is specialized in Civil Procedure and Agreements also from PUC-SP and in Corporate Law and Governance from the London School of Economics, England.
