Roberto is a partner in Restructuring & Insolvency and Banking & Finance at Lefosse.
He is an expert in debt restructuring, financing, capital markets and securitization transactions. Throughout his career, Roberto has represented clients in several local and foreign debt restructuring, financing and capital markets.
Before joining Lefosse Roberto worked at Itaú Unibanco S.A., one of the largest financial groups in South America and acquired vast experience regarding debt restructuring.
Roberto was considered the best In House Counsel in Latin America in the Category: “Financial Institutions” at the Latin America Counsel Awards – an award promoted by LACCA
