Ricardo Nunes is a partner in Lefosse’s Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution practices.
Lawyer in Brazil and in the State of New York (New York State Bar Association).
He has almost two decades of experience in complex intellectual property litigation, such as trademarks, patents, trade secrets and unfair competition. He has acted in legal disputes involving different technological areas, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, as well as telecommunications, software, electronics, oil & gas and mechanics.
He teaches post-graduate courses in Intellectual Property at PUC-Rio. Vice-chair of the Latin American Practice Committee at the Intellectual Property Owners Association. Global Fellow in the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
