About
Ricardo works in civil litigation and in domestic and international arbitration. He also has broad experience in preventive and advisory corporate law, with emphasis on the legal structuring of businesses and projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from UNESA, a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, and a master’s and a PhD in International Law from the University of São Paulo.
He serves as an arbitrator and is listed on the panels of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), the Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration – Brazil (CAMARB), the Brazil–Lebanon Mediation and Arbitration Chamber (CAM-BL), the Arbitration and Mediation Chamber for the Electric Sector (CAESP), the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of CIESP/FIESP (CAMCA), and the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of Angola (CMAA).
