Paulo is a partner in Labor at Lefosse.

He ha extensive experience in the areas of judicial and administrative labor litigation, especially in complex and strategic claims, as well as effective portfolio management, with a significant reduction in contingencies, as well as with alternative dispute resolution methods.

Paulo also advises on labor routines, interacting directly with legal and human resources departments to anticipate potential disputes in a preventive manner. He coordinates audits on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and capital market operations, with a focus on labor issues. Paulo is an effective member of the Committee on Trade Union Law of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), subsection of São Paulo.
