Paula is a counsel in Tax practice at Lefosse.
She has worked in tax for over ten years, specializing on strategic, administrative and judicial litigation. She has extensive knowledge and experience in process management, being responsible for disputes involving national and foreign companies from all sectors, especially oil and gas. Paula specializes in procedural intelligence for implementing result-oriented litigation, whether in active lawsuits or in annulment of tax credits.
Founding Member of the Customs Law Research Institute (Instituto de Pesquisas em Direito Aduaneiro – IPDA) and member of the Special Committee of Tax Affairs (Comissão Especial de Assuntos Tributários – CEAT) of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro Chapter (OAB/RJ).
