Miriam Signor is a partner in Project Development and Finance at Lefosse.
With more than twenty years of experience in all stages of implementing large projects in the various regulated sectors, the lawyer is head of the Project Development and Project Finance practice.
She has expertise in structuring, developing, financing and monitoring infrastructure and industrial projects and outstanding performance in the areas of Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions.
Miriam coordinates the Infrastructure division of IBRADEMP (Brazilian Institute for Corporate Law) helping to promote the debate on relevant issues related to project finance and is a member of the Capital Markets Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association cooperating to improve the access of infrastructure projects to capital markets.
