She has extensive experience in debt capital market (DCM) and equity capital market (ECM) transactions in the local and foreign markets, including initial and subsequent public offerings of shares, debentures (convertible or not), commercial and promissory notes, bonds, financial bills, certificates of receivables in general, including real estate (CRI) and agribusiness (CRA), as well as shares in real estate investment funds (FII) and credit rights (FIDC). His practice also includes the most diverse structures of structured financing and securitization, credit assignment (true sale), risk drawee, floor plan, private placement transactions of debt securities, in addition to debt renegotiation and renegotiation.
