Marcelo is a partner in Capital Markets and Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.
Specialized in corporate law and capital markets, he has worked on significant M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and business combinations involving publicly held companies. Over the past five years, he has participated in transactions exceeding BRL 70 billion. His practice also includes private equity investments and representing market participants before the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission). He was a professor of corporate law at IBMEC-RJ (2014–2017) and served as an international associate at White & Case LLP in New York.
