Fernando Carvalho is a partner in Lefosse’s Corporate and M&A practice.
He has extensive experience advising local and foreign companies on M&A and Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions in various sectors – mainly automotive, food, education, fintechs, technology, transportation and logistics.
He also has solid expertise in planning and structuring foreign investments in Brazil, as well as in corporate governance, corporate and commercial contracts and corporate aspects involving conflicts and investigations.
In 2016 and 2017, Fernando worked as a foreign associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP, in New York, USA.
