Felipe Paiva is a partner in Lefosse’s Investment Funds practice.
Felipe is specialized in advising financial institutions, fund managers, fund administrators, and other types of sponsors in structuring investment funds, including equity funds (FIPs), credit rights funds (FIDCs), real estate funds (FIIs) and agro-industrial funds (FIAGROs).
He acts directly in the drafting and negotiation of complex legal instruments with respect to setting up fund structures, as well as provides regulatory advice in the incorporation and accreditation of fund managers with the CVM and ANBIMA.
