Christiano is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.
He specializes in corporate law and capital markets, and has worked in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings for distribution or acquisition of shares (OPA) and debt issues for national and foreign clients of different profiles. Christiano has also advised clients on corporate restructuring, project finance, private equity, foreign investment, setting up companies in Brazil and structuring joint ventures.
Christiano has international experience as an in-house counsel for the Dufry group in Zurich / Basel, Switzerland.
