André is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.

He has extensive experience in the insurance, reinsurance and financial services sectors and has worked in several of the most important private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions (public and private) and capital markets transactions in Brazil. André has extensive experience representing private equity funds, listed companies, insurers and reinsurers and financial services providers on a wide range of subjects. This includes joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and regulatory matters in the sectors of insurance, reinsurance and financial services.

André has worked as a foreign associate in Linklaters LLP’s private equity and insurance teams in Munich, Germany.
