Raphael also focuses his practice on ​​restructuring and insolvency matters and advises banks, investment funds and creditors on out-of-court and judicial reorganizations and investors in the acquisition of distressed assets in insolvency proceedings. Raphael represents public companies, investment funds and their managers in administrative proceedings before the CVM (Brazilian Securities Commission).
