Sérgio is a partner in Corporate and M&A and Investment Funds at Lefosse.

He has solid experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments and capital markets. Sérgio has advised several national companies in M&A and private equity transactions, as well as multinationals in cross-border transactions and Brazilian companies investing abroad. He has extensive experience in special situations operations, credit purchase and sale, lawsuits and structured operations involving investment funds. Sérgio is a lecturer in corporate law and capital markets at Insper (Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa – Institute of Teaching and Research). Sérgio has international experience at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, in New York.
