Andre is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.

He represents domestic and foreign private and public companies, private equity and venture capital funds in connection with a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions and joint ventures. His experience includes corporate governance matters, corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements and structured finance. He has represented clients from various industries and business sectors in domestic as cross border transactions. André has served as a foreign associate at Linklaters LLP’s offices in Lisbon and London.
