Pedro Cruciol is a partner in Capital Markets at Lefosse.

Pedro has extensive experience in capital market transactions, debt restructuring and financing, having advised issuers and debtors, as well as underwriters and creditors, in transactions in Brazil and abroad. He has also worked as an international associate at Davis Polk in New York, focusing on the capital markets area. In addition to his office experience, he has worked in a secondment as in-house counsel for a top-tier financial institution. He obtained his Bachelors in Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUC/PR) and has financial and capital markets specializations.
